Silverscript Announcement: “eApplication – Earlier this year we introduced the electronic Scope of Appointment (eSOA). It makes SOAs quick and easy. Now the electronic Application (eApp) is also available. The eApp is the virtual equivalent of a face to face meeting. You create the application on the portal and then your client views and digitally signs it online. There is no need for paper, no need for you to do post-application data entry, and no need for you to send us a copy of the application. The process will provide your client with all the same materials that are in the physical enrollment kit. Your client will get PDF versions of the Plan Guide, the Star Rating Sheet, and the SoB before signing, and will get the New Member Reference Guide after signing. Think of the eApp as the virtual online version of the same physical kits that are shipping to you right now. You can track the progress of the eApp on the agent portal, where you can also get a complete and digitally signed PDF copy of the application for your own client files.”

How To Apply For a New or Replacement Social Security Number Card

You can apply on line or in person for a replacement card. Generally, you will get your card within 10 business days from the date your application is processed.

You can use a my Social Security account to request a replacement Social Security card online if you:

• Are a U.S. citizen age 18 years or older with a U.S. mailing address;
• Are not requesting a name change or any other change to your card; and
• Have a valid driver’s license or a state-issued identification card for select states.

No. Consistent with the longstanding prohibitions on the sale and issuance of duplicate coverage to Medicare beneficiaries (section 1882(d) of the Social Security Act), it is illegal to knowingly sell or issue an Individual Marketplace Qualified Health Plan (or an individual market policy outside the Marketplace) to a Medicare beneficiary.
