It’s Pre-AEP (still not apps to be taken yet).
Make sure you are contacting your clients to let them know you can help them! They are receiving all kinds of solicitations (TV, mail, radio, social media, etc.) but you have the ability to reach out and call them! Take advantage of this!

Coffee Shop Strategy
Choose a set time that you will be available in a local coffee shop for clients (and their family & friends) to stop in and visit with you. Example: Every Wednesday from 8:30 – 10:00am I will be at Joe’s Coffee Shop. Stop in and visit me.

Then sit and let your clients visit you. There may be some weeks you go by and no one comes out, but that is okay. You can work on other things (about every coffee shop I know of has wifi). But, the more people know about this, the more likely they are to visit. If you are working with a local coffee shop, see if the owner will help promote this on their social media or newsletter.
