Carrier Updates
- ACE
- NEW PRODUCT: INA Medicare Supplement, replacing ACE: Launching July 1, 2025.
- Beginning July 1, INA will serve as our active Medicare Supplement product for all new business in approved states. While ACE will no longer accept new applications after June 30, all existing ACE policies will remain active and fully supported.
- Click here for a one-click process to add INA to your existing ACE contract!
- No additional paperwork is required.
- Deadline to complete: June 15, 2025
- After completing the attestation, you’ll be fully ready to start selling INA on July 1.
- ACE withdrawing from the Medicare Supplement Market:
- June 30, 2025 is the final day ACE applications will be accepted (only for the states that INA is launching right now. There is no deadline announced for any other states as of yet). Applications received after June 30th will not be processed, even if the effective date is later.
- All ACE applications must be in-house on or before June 30th.
- There are new states available for the INA Medicare Supplement Charter:
- AR, AZ, CO, DE, GA, IA, KS, LA, ME, MI, MS, NC, ND, NH, NV, OH, OK, TN, TX, SC, SD, WI, WV, and WY.
- If your state is not listed, it will continue to be the ACE name in that state for the time being.
- NEW PRODUCT: INA Medicare Supplement, replacing ACE: Launching July 1, 2025.
- AFLAC
- June 1, levelized comp in Anniversary or Birthday states. MO Anniversary business is still considered GI.
- ALLSTATE
- Allstate is refreshing their benefits on their Fixed Benefit Medical plan in Missouri and Pennsylvania.
- New Dental Plan:
- Select Dental PPO Copay 2
- No waiting periods
- No benefit maximums
- $0 preventative visits
- Plan pays 100% for in-network services after the copay.
- CIGNA
- Cigna Updating Tools for Members
- MA top markets are: TX, AZ, AL, TN, and NC.
- DEVOTED
- Devoted has announced their 2026 Expansion States.
- MANHATTAN LIFE
- Hospital Indemnity Select: available in Indiana.
- Medicare Supplements re-opening in 4 states in July 2025:
- IL, NC, CA, and NJ.
- MEDICO / WELLABE
- Critical Illness products are coming to Missouri! Need information or supplies? Call us.
- MUTUAL OF OMAHA
- Mutual of Omaha to launch a new Hospital Indemnity Product (HIP). Watch their pre-launch video here!
- UHC
- UHC is going non-commissionable on all new PDP plans with June 1 as the signature date. This does not impact renewals.
- UHC is adding a list of MAPD plans to a non-commissionable list going forward. If you’re wondering if your state and market is impacted, please reach out to us ASAP if you haven’t seen it!
- WELLCARE
- Consolidation of Broker Support Numbers
- New number is 866-822-1339
- Old number 888-880-9247, will retire June 30.
