DEVOTED
- Devoted has announced their 2027 expansion states and registration for Plan Year (PY) 2027 is OPEN: Connecticut, Maine, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and New York. Note: Wisconsin was removed from their expansion list.
CIGNA
- Upcoming Cigna (HealthSpring) Rate Changes
- Disaster SEP’s in CA, CO, FL, KS, MO, OR, TX.
- Medicare Supplement and Supplemental Health & Life portfolios are now branded HealthSpring in: Georgia, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
CLEAR SPRING
- Clear Spring Health will be exiting the Medicare Advantage market as of June 1, 2026.
GTL
- Short Term Care coming soon to MN!
MEDICO
- In select states: Medico now allowing HIP customers to make changes to their policy once per calendar year.
UNITED HEALTHCARE
To qualify for Fast Start:
- Premier Producer with UHC for at least 12 months (if MS only) – Premier producers have at least 15 new enrollments in the last year or 80 active members.
OR
- Selling UHC for at least 2 years with 10+ MAPD/MS apps, with no compliance points in the last 12 months.
WELLABE
- Starting June 1, 2026, Wellabe will require all plans sold to meet an annualized premium totaling $250, or a minimum of $20.83 per month. This includes the product’s base benefits and any riders added to the plan.

CERT DATES
- June 1 – UHC Fast Start opens for qualifying agents. Read the above information for how to qualify.
- June 8 – UHC opens for all agents.
- June 22 – AHIP opens!
- June 22 – NABIP opens! You can toggle over to 2027 for accepted carriers. Aetna was added this year.
- June 23 – Aetna opens! They have a new portal this year!
- June 23 – Devoted opens!
