• Cigna Supp is requiring separate contract for individuals under agency.
• Cigna MA/PDP: Member News – HealthSpring ID cards have been issued to prior members and are now being issued to new ones. 

DEVOTED

• Devoted Health is officially the 8th largest MA carrier by membership as of February 2026.
• Devoted has announced new expansion states! Counties and county expansion within existing footprint are both TBD.

HUMANA

• Effective for applications signed March 26, 2026 and after, Humana will transition from the Enhanced Household Discount (EHHD) to the Household Discount (HHD) in the following states: GA, IL, KY, OK, and PA.
• As of April 1, 2026, Humana is decommissioning 72 MA/MAPD plans. Reach out to learn more!
• More non-commissionable plans.
• Pro-rating New to Medicare business based upon when you enroll them.

MEDICO

• Starting April 1, Medico will add a pop up for a GI critical illness policy when you underwrite a Med Supp. This will make cross-selling easier than ever before!
• Medico Med Supp rate changes coming May 1. Will be a 2% reduction!

MUTUAL OF OMAHA
