- Keep the updates coming! We love hearing from you on what you’re seeing while running quotes.
- We recognize that documented benefits don’t always align with actual outcomes once medications are entered. These updates help us keep carriers informed on broker feedback.
- Wondering how the Medicare industry may be impacted by the October 1 government shutdown? Click here to read our blog from SMS’ Key Accounts Specialist and Compliance Officer Chalen Jackson.

Update to PlanEnroll Agent Enrollment Confirmation Email:
- When a client enrolls through an agent’s PlanEnroll Agentpersonalized Website, they were previously receiving an email confirming that enrollment hosted by Connecture with very little details to identify the enrollee.
- We have now launched our Integrity-hosted confirmation email and added 2 new pieces of information: Client Name and Confirmation Number.
- This will make it much easier for agents to quickly track and identify these enrollments!
