Medico Rebranding to Become Wellabe
Same people, products, and services, but with a brand new look!
On June 26, 2023, your clients will begin to see the Wellabe brand name and logo along with Medico Insurance Company.
What else is changing? Here’s what to expect.
Your clients will continue to receive the same service from the same people.
Your client’s policy coverage and benefits will remain the same.
Your client’s premiums won’t change due to the new name.
Your client’s policy will continue to be administered by Medico Insurance Company.
Your client can continue to use the same ID card.
Medico’s mailing address and phone number will stay the same.
Letters, premium notices, emails, and Explanation of Benefits will come from Wellabe.
Medico’s current website will be restricted to their new website, wellabe.com.
How this impacts your clients:
If your client makes premium payments by check, beginning June 26, 2023, checks should be payable to Wellabe. Please have your client continue to include the payment coupon with their check.
If your client’s premium payment is automatically withdrawn from their bank account, the charge will show as Medico Wellabe.
