Medicarians has long been the premier event for Medicare professionals, bringing together thought leaders, innovators, and agents from across the country. Medicarians 2026 will take place at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas, Nevada from April 20 to April 22. For years, Senior Marketing Specialists (SMS) has been thrilled to attend, and this year is no exception!
This year, three members of our team will be in attendance: Will Pierce, Olivia Richardson, and Matt Carson. Each brings their own unique perspective, and shares a commitment to helping agents grow strong, sustainable businesses in the senior market.
Will Pierce: Practical Growth Through Experience
Having many years of experience working directly alongside agents, Will Pierce is known for his hands-on, practical approach to agency growth. As our Regional Sales Team Leader, Will focuses on understanding the realities that agents face every day.
At Medicarians 2026, Will is looking forward to connecting one-on-one with agents to dive into personalized growth strategies, share real-world insights, and collaborate on ways to strengthen Medicare business for the long-term.
Olivia Richardson: Strategy, Marketing, and Industry Insight
Olivia brings a deep understanding of the senior insurance market combined with a passion for marketing, education, and strategic planning. Over the course of her career, she has led hundreds of strategy sessions, helping agents and agency owners refine their marketing plans, improve client acquisition and retention, and build agencies designed to last.
As Vice President of Corporate Alliances and a leader in agent education, Olivia values opportunities like Medicarians to exchange ideas, explore industry trends, and to help agents think strategically about what’s next.
Matt Carson: Leadership With a Growth Mindset
Rounding out the team, Matt Carson focuses on leadership, execution, and operational alignment. Known for his collaborative mindset, Matt works closely with agents to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and long-term success.
At Medicarians this year, Matt is eager to engage in meaningful conversations centered on business planning, goal setting, and navigating the evolving Medicare landscape with confidence.
