OIG & GSA
The employer is required to run monthly Exclusion Checks on each of their office staff maintained by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and the US General Services Administration (GSA). Employer must also run the Exclusion check prior to hiring employee. The employer must Document and Retain proof of method used, date preformed, employee list and results found.

CMS Fraud Waste & Abuse
Support Staff must complete the CMS Fraud Waste & Abuse Training.
Code of Conduct
Support Staff must read the Code of Conduct from either Aetna or UnitedHealthcare. The Code of conduct must be distributed within 90 days of hire and annually thereafter. The employer must also retain proof of distribution for each employee via email, website portal or contract.
