- PDP Certification (for renewal and new business) will be taken through the SilverScript Agent Portal and the
- MA certification will be taken through the Aetna portal.
- Both portals should link to the other site depending on which type of business the agent will be writing.
To transfer over your AHIP to Silverscript you will need your NPN number and password.

Remember that for 2020 AEP most agents will have two SilverScript IDs for the remainder of 2019 – an existing SilverScript ID, which is what you will use for 11/1 or 12/1 effective dates, and the new ID you created when you registered through Aetna Producer World. If you’re submitting enrollments and only seeing 2019 or not seeing AEP as an option, then that means you are still logging in under the “old” ID.
To get to the portal to submit 2020 enrollments, you need to access the enrollment portal through Aetna Producer World (Click ‘Individual Medicare’ then ‘SilverScript Agent Portal’). If you have trouble with Aetna Producer World then you can log into the portal directly at https://silverscriptagentportal.com but will need to log in with your NEW ID.
