Develop a plan and stick to it.


Every long-term goal should have short-term steps. What are you hoping to accomplish this year? Perhaps you want to be ranked among the top producers or grow your agency. It all begins with developing a solid action plan.

Work with your Account Manager at ARM and your Sales Director at Senior Marketing Specialists to manage territory and your target market. Our top producing agents know how many sales they need to achieve each month. We do the math to get them the number of leads needed to reach that goal.  It really is simple, but many agents start off with the wrong question.  Agents quite often start with “What is the minimum I can mail and how much is it?”  The reality is that minimums do not get you to your goals and top producers do not ask us about minimums.

The conversation should start with us asking you how many leads do you need each month to reach your goals?  That is the right question.  From there, we can determine how much you need to mail to reach your goals.


Consistency is Key!


Mailing on a consistent basis is VITAL for a successful lead program.
