Zing Health Supply Portal Guide
Q: How do I login?
A: A welcome email from TGI Direct (tgi@tgidirect.com) is sent to newly certified agents within 24-48 hours after successfully completing the required Zing certification. This email includes your temporary login credentials. Existing users will not receive a new email, however, may be prompted to update the password.
Q: What if I don’t know my username?
A: Your username is the same as your email used for onboarding in the Evolve platform. If you do not know this or have issues, please reach out to our Broker Services team.
Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: You can reset your password using the Forgot Password function located on the login page. Please note, password reset links expire after 15 minutes and only work if a password had been previously set up! If you have issues, please reach out to our Broker Services team.
Q: When will I receive my 2025 supplies?
A: 2025 supplies pre-ordered (prior to October 1st) will ship as they are printed with an anticipated arrival date on or around October 1st.
Q: When will 2025 electronic materials be available?
A: 2025 electronic materials will be available on October 1st.
Q: Will I still be able to order 2024 supplies?
A: 2024 supplies will remain available through November 30th.
